What do I need to bring?
Just your lovely self!
The studio provides mats, props and blankets making your trip to class a breeze! However please feel free to bring your own.
Also, you may want to bring a bottle of water and extra layers for a cosy Shavasana.
What do I wear?
Something comfy and that you can stretch in.
Are classes suitable for beginners?
We aim for all classes to offer modifications so anybody can join into any Practice. The most important part of your practice is to listen to your body. However, for a more gentle start to your yoga journey, I recommend a Restorative Flow class.
