What do I need to bring?
Just your lovely self!
The studio provides mats, props and blankets making your trip to class a breeze! However please feel free to bring your own.
Also, you may want to bring a bottle of water and extra layers for a cosy Shavasana.
What do I wear?
Something comfy and that you can stretch in.
Are classes suitable for beginners?
YES! All my classes are suitable for beginners as modifications are offered - and the most important part of your practice is to listen to your body. For a more gentle start to your yoga journey, I recommend Restorative / Calming flow.
